Public Program Chronology

Scope: this page is a public chronology, not the authoritative internal evidence register. The controlled JRS Evidence Ledger and Master Asset / Evidence / Chain-of-Title Register preserve the complete evidence record, including non-public rights, security, and research provenance material.

An append-only record of the JRS Evidence Development Program: milestones, codebook versions, study registrations, and methodology changes. Entries are added, never deleted; the repository's version history is the underlying immutable audit trail.

Claim control: entries record program activity and framework development, not validated outcomes. Cross-vendor consistency, reproducibility, reliability, accuracy, and validation are distinct and are not used interchangeably. Raw cross-vendor agreement does not establish the pre-registered reproducibility criterion without its required chance-corrected coefficient. New entries are appended as the program develops.
